One of the high spots of the Route 66 trip Seligman, Arizona was once a railroad boomtown that shipped cattle to market, Seligman got another boost when Route 66 brought car-loads of tourists to town. But it received a double whammy when the interstate replaced Route 66 and the railroad closed its station.
